My throats been tied off
I cannot breathe
My pulse is racing
I try to leave
But the lack of oxygen to my brain
Proved too strong
And when I tried to run a second time
You laughed and watched
As my feet melted into the ground
And when I tried to scream
No sound would be heard
I exhaled your name
And what was left of you
Drowned in my eyes
Your unforgiving face faded
And as the blurred figures
Of you and her walk away
I will curse your name
Until someone else comes
And pulls me from the earth
That my feet are bound to
