Secrets
I have blood on my hands, and I know why.
It won’t come off no matter how hard I try.
I am stained red, but only a few see.
Bright crimson, but they still shush me.
I feel it seep through my skin to my soul.
Take it away! It’s burning me whole!
Scratching and scraping, I itch and itch.
Silent and staring, only those few can fix.
The poison creeps into my mouth.
Hurry, give me the antidote before it spills out!
