Moon shines on silver lakes
Eyes watching
Sunrising, forever in orange and red
A watercolor painting in the skies
The birds come out like little spies
Shooting out around the sun
Like being fired from a gun
Light winds of June air
The moon falls into its stare
Ripples run across water
Reflection of light from the stars
It is nothing like ours.
