Close my Eyes

The plants absorb my presece
and wrap around me like like a layer of protection.
They pull me deep inside the earth.
I let them become one with me,
let the roots feed my hunger.
Never again will i mistaken myself.
Shall i question the plants of the voyage?
Let my fate be unknown.
Close my eyes and never open them again,
only sense the outside world, but never be a part of it.
Maybe then and only then will i live my life
to its fullest.
