Two Roads

Two roads diverge in a yellow wood,
To the left, pristine forest, never trampled,
Fresh dew upon the ground gives the grass a glassy glow.
My right holds a path of far less aesthetic appeal,
Ruts run deep in the road, cut by countless travelers who traveled it before I,
I ponder my choices, the decision made quickly,
The right path will suffice today,
For in my life I have learned this,
The path less traveled by,
Is often so for a very good reason.
(inspired by Robert Frost's poem The road not taken)
