Looking In The Mirror
What do I see when I gaze into the mirror?
Some may see fat. But I perceive voluptuous.
Some may see tall, but I see an easier way to reach the top shelf.
Some may see freckles, but I notice beauty marks.
Some may see dull, brown hair- while I spot ravishing, almond hair.
Some may see “clearance rack” clothes. I view fashion for the every day girl.
Some may see unattractive, but me? I see beautiful.
Not only beautiful-
Gorgeous, magnificent and graceful.
It doesn't stop there-
I see spontaneity, courage, truth, faith, confidence...
but most importantly...
Me.
When I gaze into the mirror,
I see me.
