Is It Ok?
Brought up taking the blame
With all this shame
I guess he felt that he was part of the rich and fame
To strike us over a stupid fuss
That's not the way to finally bust
You treated us as a slave
As if you were our master and we had to obey
Can I go outside?
Is that ok?
Can I go play?
Is that ok?
Those 3 words are what we had to say day after day after day
Now that he's gone, away for long
I wonder if he'll ever change
To batter the women closest to "his heart"
Not being able to find another way
How could such a thing be done?
I think for him it was just for fun
Lemme tell you, I'm surprised he didn't own a gun
You gave me what I wanted
But you gave me what I didn't need
Now it's time for us to finally proceed
Crying day after day
Now can I finally say
Daddy, I hate you
Is that ok?
