The Seasons of Life
The cycle of life begins in winter,
Symbolized by the color blue as sad.
We wait for all of spring’s joy and banter,
Please, commence the better of this tetrad.
At last, optimistic spring has arrived,
Deep red welcomes victory and power,
For life now starts fresh and it is revived,
And the future holds the stunner, summer.
The serene sun is no longer bashful,
As it releases its tranquility,
Replacing all that was once so doleful.
But all this must conclude eventually.
The heavenly summer white fades away,
As autumn’s black death starts to make its way.
