Alone in a tree
In this notebook I write
Sun fading in the distance
Takes with it the light
Up here brings me peace
When its been a tearful day
I look to the sky
And think of everything I'd say
I write down all my feelings
Of love I have for you
And any other feelings since
Release brings me solitude
Alone in a tree

Sun rising in the distance
Bringing hope with new light.
