UV
UV
It was the skin that kept us here
All our different shades and shapes
Uncovered and free for the sun
Sweat that shimmered on rooftops
Drinking something cold out of bottles
It was exactly like that, everytime
Soft, bright, sandy, covered in blue
Swimming in the deep end
And waking up before noon
Tanned by spinning vinyl records
Some by dancing in the dark
All for one beautiful, touchable thing
An utterly familiar circle of skin
