Untitled
The snow swirls
But I only see your face
And just that thought
Seems like such a disgrace
I can hear the music
But I only think of you
And me, what we were
My God, if only you knew
I’m not proud of what I’ve done
And you shouldn’t be either
I want to love you and to hate you
But my heart is gone, I can do neither
You tore it up
And threw it to the ground
You see the snow falling
That’s my heart’s pieces crashing down
By the looks of it now
This storm won’t end
Do you know what this means?
My heart will never mend
The snow may clump
And fall together
But where my heart should be
Is a hole forever
Some pieces will stay missing
And I know why
Like the snow, they dissolve
As they fall from the sky
Never to be restored
Or to ever live again
To go on, heartless,
Is that a sin?
