If I Fall.
They say someday they’ll strip us
Of the blanket we hide in called religion
But this I can’t believe
Because it’s just too heavy.
Maybe they mean that we’ll get
Pressured into all those things
Drugs slash love
They don’t mean anything.
But I’ll pray that we’re saved
From the purgatory of pain
That we’ll forget that
There are lies and slaying.
