Storm
Storm
One week its calm,
The next it’s a storm,
Storms that can’t be avoided.
Storms that I wish never existed.
Its full of upsetting sleepless nights,
Its full of dead cold harsh stinging words,
Its full of unpleasant phone calls,
Its full of unforgettable thoughts that
constantly race through your mind,
Will the hurricane ever end?
Its full of unanswered questions,
The ultimate question is,
Will I ever get him back?
Why are we always fighting over him?
Will I ever see him again?
Will the hurricane ever end?
Questions are overcome with determination.
I will see him again.
I will get him back.
I do love him regardless.
Will the hurricane ever end?
Questions then arise.
How can I get him back?
I do love him.
I will do whatever it take.
This storm will end.
