I Think of You

When I watch the clouds,
I think of you,
Because every time I see you,
I feel like flying.
When I see a red strawberry,
I think of you,
Because every time you catch me looking at you,
My cheeks turn the exact color.
When I see the green leaves of a tree,
I think of your eyes,
Because when you look at me,
They show their true color,
When I see a blue sky,
I think of you,
Because summer is here,
And I’m far away from you.

I find this poem beautiful and expresses the feelings well, but i do have to suggest to watch the wording- try to get it to flow a little bit more. This can be a bit of a challenge though and can get better the more you write.
