Without Rhymes
No way I could concentrate
When you look at me that way
The little twinkle in your eyes
Will surely be my demise
Passing cars, you take the wheel
Like my heart that you did steal
I used to be a control freak
But with you, my defense is weak
Photos, snapshots, flood my mind
I'll drown here if I can't find
The one of me before the fall
Before your smile erased it all
My life was a blank canvas then
When you came along with your permanent pen
And signed your name a thousand times
Wrote me poems without rhymes
You bewitched me with your mystic spell
And saved me from my living hell
You've won the game, and I'm the prize
Trapped forever in your eyes
