The Color of Green
Green, oh green, a sight to be seen,
In the leaves of the trees, and the grass so serene.
It’s the color of life, growth, and renewal,
A sign of spring’s arrival, nature’s own jewel
Green is the calm, the peace we desire,
In the depths of the forest, where the heart can aspire.
It’s the emerald sea, under the sun’s gleam,
Oh, green, you’re more than just a color, you’re a dream.

I wrote this piece simply because one of my favorite colors is green.
