I am from
I am from family game nights to family dinner
To built in best friends to annoying sisters
From laughing sessions to crying sessions
To chip eating homework doing Sunday nights
To being the miracle baby and the hospital being my first home
To helpful sisters that take away the pain
From family leaving but still being one
I am family
I am glue
I hold tight to my family
Yet I learn growing up is apart of life
A part I do not want to live
I am Kendal and I am afraid of growing up
I am afraid of seeing my family slip though my palm
But I will clutch my palm and hold on to them with dear life
Because my family is my light
I am Kendal Doran and I am from family
