YOU'VE FOUND ME
The day has finally come
I realize my time is up
You rush to save me
Please, don’t waste your time
Let me be nothing but a faded memory
I fall to the ground realizing it’s too late
I scream
I shout
But, no one knows how to sooth my pain
My body feels num
It’s starting to get cold
You tell “Hold on!”
But, I say “No.”
As I fade away
I see my cousin smiling at me
I ask “Where are we?”
“Heaven” She said proudfully
I felt the warmth as it touched
My frozen skin
Slowly, I gave in
Lost without a cure
You’ve found me
Lying on the floor
Surrounded
Why you have to wait
Where were you
Just a little late
You’ve found me
