this poem is written in a korean format called sijo.
I wrote this poem based on a true story that happened earlier this year. My friend Natalie died in a house fire while she was sleeping. I was very very angry thinking about how easy it would be to save her and how she still couldn't make it out. This poem shortly sums up what I was thinking about at the time.
