The Four Seasons
A blade of grass,
A falling leaf,
The bird's sweet melody.
The wind's whisper,
The sun's rays,
Dance together in harmony.
A flower petal
A drop of rain,
Can be natures company.
Vines of green and yellow grow,
While flowers fade away,
Natures around us is changing,
The cold winds have come out to play.
A single snow flake,
Cold as death,
Embraces nature's whole.
Chills it to the root of life,
It slowly takes it's toll.
As ice and snow litter the ground,
Nature hides away,
It's running from the endless cold,
It knows it cannot stay.
Forever it seems, the life is gone,
Until one sunny day,
When grass protrudes from snow drifts,
Once more will nature play.
Leaf by leaf,
Vine by vine,
the cycle starts once more.
The damage fixed,
The Earth rejoices,
We will survive what is in store.
