The sun shines bright on our faces,
The little girl with blonde hair stands in knee high water staring out to nowheir,
while her big sister's watch with pride of what their little sister has come too be,
the middle child steps out to join her sister in the water while the oldist looks on,
the two children 10 and 13 stand their staring,
they were staring at something they have only seen in summer,
the sun crashing down on the clouds,
making them wimper away as the sun jumps with joy in the sky,
the children and their parents start crowding the beach to play in the refreshing but warm water,
ohters sit with their dogs on land,
and as hours pass the siblings climb back to shore,
as their feet hit the soft but prickly sand,
their body has a hit of warmth from the feet up,
as they step out into land they slowly feel the water drip in small portions from their wet body's,
the water driplits hit the warm ground and surender to the hot beams and blend into sand,
as they step into their shoes they pray for another day almost as wonderful as the one dashing way before them,
day after day they wait hoping for return from that special day.
