From the Geek to the Girl
Here is the ode
From my cyber green world
My life is a digital code
But yours, oh yours,
is a story to be told
From behind my computer screen
Your golden hair, a halo,
Shines like sun ont the lee.
Oh I could see...
See you in a dress purple fair
A topmost tower too,
Then stolen to the dragon's lair
Your wonderous beauty captured there.
Your deem blue eyes
Search in despair
For one who would here your cries,
One who would sever the dragon's ties.
Then oh the light
That would appear in your eyes!
As you saw me, a gallant knight,
There to save you from your plight.
My eyes would darken then
With a fire unknown,
And I'd charge 'tward the dragon's den,
With the strength of ten grown men.
I'd defeat the dragon,
With sword and shield,
Then face you, your smile I've won
Worth more than the radiant sun.
We would ride off together
Into a glowing sunset, orange pure,
(It's my desktop sure).
We'd dance closely forever.
I could feel your kiss on my cheek,
the wetness there like rosebud dew,
My hand moves, and now I'm meek,
From the drool I there found on my cheek.
In our class, I sit up once more,
Your reassuring golden sheen
Still there, as from angel lore,
I'm about to sink back, but there's more.
Behind my neck,
A new spitfall found,
If only I was on my knight's trek
With you, my damsel, in love.
