Grass is Greener on the Other Side
Our souls are poisoned with cyanide
All over the world, people have died
We are all on a death train ride
But the grass is greener on the other side
Oh yes, on the other side the grass is green
The air is clean and nobody is mean
Where blue sky and animals roam free
Only happiness as far as the eye could see
These are the lies that we were told
Please believe me, I should know
For I went to the place described as gold
But I know the truth will unfold
They say the grass is greener on the other side
But both sides look the same from a bird’s eye
One is neither bright nor a shade that’s died
Apparently, the grass is greener on the other side
But I know the truth
Greener grass is a lie
For I have been
To the other side
