Ode to a Komodo Dragon

Oh Komodo Dragon, with your scaly skin and frightening bite,
You excite me, you fright me all throughout the night,
your sharp claws, your nasty gnaw,
Your astounding girth or the way you give birth.
Oh Komodo Dragon, although your from Indonesia,
It's clear that you can take down a zebra,
Hard of sight and hearing your nose is something to be fearing,
While very playful, it's numbers are still unstable.
