Love is like a flower,
Though sometimes it goes sour,
So beautiful and colourful,
Always love is wonderful.

Love is like a diamond,
It's the strongest thing around,
Love reflects all that is good and light,
Love truly is contrite.

Love is like the sun,
Two people joined as one,
United through all strife,
Essential for all life.

Now that I've found you,
I'll give you my heart and love true.

That happens to me all the time! I always want to write something after reading stuff on teen ink!

I love this! I love the way you rhymed the poem; it was very original. Great use of vocabulary, too. Like I said, this is a great poem! :)

Cute! I usually hate rhyming but it was very good in this poem. I loved the word "strife"- not used much anymore although it should be... :). Anyway good job and thanks for reviewing my stuff!

well like usual when it comes to love poems there just not my thing, but i still love how you can twist the words to your making, keep it up and one day words will come to you like fish to sea. there may be a few rarities were your simply stumped, but most thing will be yours for the taking.
