I think I understand what you were going for here, but it didn't quite translate that well. Here are a few pointers that would make the emotion in the picture stronger:
The finger on the trigger needs to be more clearly on the trigger. Get rid of the stones in the background and put him in front of open blue sky, or a cloudy sky, or some such dramatic nature scene. His face needs to convey more anger; try having him frown more fiercely.
Other than that, it's a good picture. :)
