I Can Do Hard Things
People these days are whimps. They whine and complain their days away just to make things easier. But why would you want it to be easier? People were made to do hard things. The only way we can become stronger is by doing hard things. But also don't you get tired? Tired of complaining, admitting defeat and weakness? That's what you're doing when you say something challenging is to hard. When you make the change you realise what you were missing. You realise that you like striving for the goal, for the extra mile. In fact, it's almost fun.
