Peach
I sigh when I can’t think of anything to write. It’s not like I don’t have inspiration; it’s that. . . . I don’t know how to put it down on paper. It’s difficult to find the right “texture” to put words in; such as describing an object or a person. You want to get it right, although you don’t know how. Like writing about a peach; Fuzzy, round, the colors of the sun when it’s setting in the evening; the way it can capture your attention in the right setting; like in a painting. Light and shadow mean something also. The peach isn’t neon, and yet it’s not a dull color either. It has a magnitude of colors that are mixed together, and . . . .The shadow it creates; it’s like a symbol representing it’s there and not a figment of your imagination going AWOL. It’s in your grasp and that’s all there is. A peach.
