What Happened?
What happened to the times when all your soul could be poured out into a heartfelt ballad? The times when the same line wasn't repeated more than twice in five seconds unless to gently fade out of the song? I would have never thought you could stretch one line into three minutes. So you're not into ballads, you like rap and hip-hop. If anyone ever actually bothered to read the lyrics to any of Flo-rida's songs before blasting them out on the morning anouncements, we'd never hear from Flo again. And what of pop? Stick any old cute love stories into song form and bam! You've got yourself a hit! Sure their are some great young artists from this generation, but they are few and far between. Their are so many great songs out their with more soul and meaning than this whole generation. All you have to do is find them.
