Nature Helps
I can sit here for hours. I'm lost, and I don't know who to trust. The world around me seems to be closing in on me. When I walk, the ground shakes and makes me fall. The simple things like sitting here helps me deal with it. The animals' calls make me forget about the traffic and the drama in my life. The trees sway because of the wind gets me distracted for the unsteadiness when I walk. The running of the river makes me want to jump in and stay forever. I can't though because reality hits, and I know I have to go. I know that my forest friends will be there the next day, and I'll return.
