Life Goes On
Just a little heart to heart I thought i'd share...
When you lose someone who is truly close to you, your world suddenly stops spinning, the tears begin spitting, and the mourning all begins. Years pass, and it still comes around here and there. However, the ONE thing that will haunt you forever, no matter what, is the thought that you could have been so much better. Whether it was talking to them more, spending more time together, or just saying that one last and extra I love you. So, with that being said, don't waste your time with being mad for the stupidest reasons, cut your losses and just forgive and forget. cause your wasting valuable time with that person. I guess what I'm trying to say is life is too short and unpredictable to be wasting it on anger for another person, especially one who is close to you. I'm not the best Christian BUT there is one scripture that is embedded in my brain, it says "God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the Courage to change the things I can, and the Wisdom to know the difference." That was one of my moms favorites, and now its mine, but, you know, it took a while to finally realize what it meant and be able to prove it. It takes a lot of time and effort, but as the clock ticks on a lifetime, the lessons come day by day with it. ALL WE AS THE PEOPLE HAVE TO DO IS ACCEPT THEM.
