Adulthood
Society states we obtain adulthood at the age of 18. I disagree with that statement because I believe the criteria for being considered an adult is based on your maturity. I also disagree because your age of maturity cannot be chosen for you. I feel that, as an adult, you should be able to hold down a job, take on a leadership role, and many more complicated responsibilities. You should also be good with academics to be called an adult. Another thing is, you should have a good stable mental well being. As an adult you should also be doing well financially. When you can successfully complete most of these activities is when you will be considered an adult.
