A Marionette's Strings (Part 1 of 3)
Summary:
After their parents died years ago, Willow and Pepper moved into the Tower, a skyscraper formerly known as the Empire State Building. There they learned to control their supernatural powers. That all changed six years ago. Willow suddenly vanished without a trace and Pepper is left alone, again. Suddenly, people begin to disappear, all that's left is a note signed by a person known only as the Puppeteer. This note is the same one that was left in Willow's wake. Joined by her friends from the Tower, Pepper begins to look for these people in the hopes they will find out what happened to Willow and all of these others. In the end, they may find that they are meddling in things beyond all that they thought could be possible.
