Sirens
Summary:
It's London in 1350. The Black Plague, the deadly disease that will wipe out two thirds of Europe is making its way around. Most everyone has fallen ill, and the poverty numbers have grown.
Charlotte is one of those affected by the illness. She isn't sick, but her mother is. It seems slightly surreal. Just a week earlier her life had been wonderful. But then her mother dies, and her job is lost. Her only hope? The father she barely knows.
Soon enough, Charlotte finds herself on her father's ship in the middle of the ocean. But while there, one things leads to another, and once more Charlotte is uprooted, this time to the bottom of the ocean floor, transformed as a deadly siren. What exactly happened while she was onboard, how did she even get onboard? Read and see...
