Winter
Summary:
Brooke is both girl and wolf - for all of her 16 years of life she has been. She loves music, reading, coffee, and all things human - which is why she must fight for her humanity. This winter, things are different. She doesn't turn and stay wolf as she should when the season arrives, and conflicts within the pack arise and start to take place. Then something unexpected happens - she finds and falls in love with a boy named David. When the other wolf packs find them, they reveal that a terrible thing is happening to the humans that share their lives with the wolves that live inside of them. Something else is holding them captive - something besides the wolf part of them that takes over during their season. They must come together to find a stop to this deadly captor, and Brooke and David must fight to stay together, and fight for her humanity as well as her life.
