Summary:
Joanie, an african-american girl was homeschooled for all of her life. Her parents owned a towel near the world trade center and while her grandparents were working there on february 26, 1993, the bombing touched their building and her parents lost it. Her grandparents did't survive. They had to move with her aunt, in california, and her parents did not had the money to pay her homeschool classes. She had to go to school for the first time and it went pretty wrong...
