The Last Letter
Summary:
Hanna and Emma have known each other since before they can remember, but not like you know your best friend. They know each other through letters originally assigned as a penpal project. They are the best of friends that can never move away or get lost in the crowd. But as the war breaks out and conflict stirs between the Central Powers and the Allies, Hanna begins to grow distant. However, Emma stays strong until the sinking of the Luesitania which killed many Americans.
With Hanna behind enemy lines and Emma supporting the troops in America, the girls are now faced with a choice that will change their lives forever. Will they be loyal to each other or will they be loyal to their country? Will the power of love win or will it be the love of power?
