Quandry
Summary:
Jane Mybridge was orphaned at only a few weeks old and, ever since she was taken in by kindly old Mrs. Mybridge, she has lived a relaxed life, enjoying the homely chat and shepherd's pies of the local British-born seamstress, Elaine Hampstead.
But then a young lawyer is found to have been poisoned with arsenic. Within a month, another death by poison has occured and tragedy, intrigue and even dark humor ensue in the rush to expose the perpetrator.
But eventually, young Jane finds out that there is more than just the murderer lurking in plain sight...
