A Winter's Tale
The snow crunched under her feet and the cold crisp air was sharp. As she looked down from the snow covered bridge into the small frozen stream, snowflakes floated down from the sky. Glazing over the untouched ground, there was a relaxing, peaceful beauty to the scenery. The sound the snowflakes made as they landed anywhere, the flow of the wind, and the color of the pure white snow. She walked off the bridge onto the pristine ground. The snow was like a bed, the softest and finest anyone would ever come across. She laid down on the ground and looked up into the sky. Snowflakes endlessly fell from the clouds. It was like an unknown beauty that everyone saw, but never acknowledged. The snow, now more like a powder, made no sound as she walked away.
