I Give Up

I thought I understood what it meant to fall in love. an inspiring poet once wrote "with love comes happiness and with happiness there' pain."
My greasy nose and my short black hair makes everyone dislike me. My friends don't even understand how I feel.
His beautiful brown hair and bright brown eyes have fooled me; fooled me into thinking that his heart was as beautiful as his image. Not only was I wrong, but I was proven wrong in the worst way imaginable.
I don't think I'll focus on boys anytime soon. Its going to take a while to get over this one as well.
