Dear Ashley,

Summer 2011 was the summer that changed my whole life. I never thought that Disney World would be the place that I met my best friend at. You were sitting across from me at the bright gold table at the gala in downtown disney. Your hair was a light blonde that trickled down your back. You were wearing a leopard print dress that hugged your body tightly. Your shoes were bronze high heels that were about 4 inches high.

I stood up from the gold table and pushed the blue chair back behind me. The chair made a loud screeching sound as it gridded against the wooden floor. I walked over to you and started a conversation like normal people do and said ”Hi, my names Nicole Dixon.” From there we started talking and got to know each other a little more. I found out that we had many things in common. We both like the color pink, dance at the same dance company, and we both like the same kind of music. I knew from there that it was a start of a beautiful friendship.

Everyday I am carrying the most important thing in my life to me, our friendship. Without our friendship, I would be lost in life. You are honestly the only person in my life that I can share my personal thoughts and feelings to and you wont judge me. Sometimes the weight of our friendship can be as heavy as a rock, but I am more than happy to carry it with me! We may fight, but our friendship is strong enough to move past that and become stronger than before. I love our friendship and I wouldn’t change it for anything else in the world!

Love,

Nicole
