Karate Power
Karate has many benefits that can strengthen you physically and
mentally. It is widely spoken of as not a sport but on the contrary it
is very much a sport. Thru the many training exercises you get as big a
workout as if you were playing basketball.
Karate teaches self discipline and respect. Many parents fear that
by enrolling there child in karate the child will become a bully.
