Diesel Trucks

Growing up around and with my grandpa and all of his diesel trucks and tractors. Growing up I was fortunate enough to witness a lot of my grandpa's things and was able to equip a lot of his knowledge. Some of his “toys” that he had was an older ford tractor that I was driving when I was a little over three years old. He also had a huge mack dump truck and close to 23 diesel and gas powered pickup trucks. Of course that number has gone up quite a bit since then. Within the last year he has had around four or five different trucks. One of mine and his truck was a 2004 dodge cummins 24v. He had two eight inch stacks coming out the bed that made almost 600 horsepower and over 1000 foot pounds of torque. 

My grandfather is hands down the main reason why I am so invested into my own diesel truck and why I am so interested in the hobby. I've spent countless hours and money on my trucks and I've only been building my own for a year. I have owned two trucks in the last year. My first truck being a 2004 Ford F-250 6.0 powerstroke that I spent a lot of money on that I ended up blowing up this winter. That truck was pretty  uch my entire personality. So when I blew it up and didnt have it anymore I felt like a huge chunk was ripped out of me. So then I pulled some strings, came up with some cash and bought another one. That truck was a 2001 Ford F-250 7.3 Powerstroke with a manual ZF6 transmission. This truck alone I'm over ten grand in and I have only owned the truck since january. It has four different colors, Starting with Blue and red and white then going to just blue and white while then having no rust. About a grand later the truck had zero visible rust and was all one color. I owe it all to my grandpa for everything I know now and for all the help he has given me.
