Phillies Game
I was ten years old and my dad took me too the Phillies game! It all started when I asked my dad, “Can you get us tickets to the Phillies game?”
He said “We’ll see.” A couple days later my dad got us tickets to the game, Washington Nationals at Philadelphia Phillies. I was so exited!
When we got to the game I was so hyped up. Before we got in our seats we go something to eat. I had a hotdog with a Pepsi my dad had the same as me. I asked my dad, “Can I have some ice cream
He said, “Sure bud.” my ice cream was in a little plastic Phillies hat. Then we sat down and started eating waiting for the game to start. The hotdog was delicious.
When the game started we sat in our seats and watched. In the 2nd inning the Phillies scored making 1-0. The whole crowd was screaming, “Let’s go Phillies!” or we would also scream, “YAY!” and “BOO!” I was screaming for a while until I got tired. The Phillies beat the Nationals, everybody in the stadium was happy beside the Nationals fans and my dad he likes them to. The game was so exiting I forgot what the score was.
When the game was over before we went home I asked my dad, “Can we go to the gift shop?”
He said “Yeah bud.” When we got to the shop I was taking a little to long so my dad yelled, “Hurry up Zach we don’t have all day!”
I yelled back, “Okay dad!” He bought me a Phillies hat a Ryan Howard jersey and a number 1 foam finger. We left the stadium and when we got home it was late so I said, “Good night dad.”, and then went to bed.
That night was one of the best nights of my life. I got to go to a Phillies game. I ate some food at the ballpark. I bought some stuff at the gift shop. Best of all is that I got to spend time with my dad.
