Everyday Heroes
What defines a hero? A cape, a symbol, the desire for justice? When one thinks hero, they think Superman and firefighters. Yet, anyone and everyone has the potential to be a hero. Dressing in spandex doesn't make a hero, saving lives doesn't make a hero. To be a hero, is to make a change for the greater good. Whether it's saving the rain forest, serving in the army, or helping an elderly man cross the street. They may not be a crime stopping vigilante, but they are an everyday hero. Any small act of kindness should be rewarded, because those who do are heroes. A hero doesn't cower in fear, but is fearful. To be unafraid is to be careless, fear makes people stronger. Everyone can be a hero, if they'd just try. Tell me, if you looked in mirror, who;d be there? An average civilian, or a hero? The choice is yours.
