Cops: Girl badly injured after crash outside of Cleveland Elementary.

Last month there was a crash by Cleveland Elementary School in Cleveland where Jazmyne Kelsey suffers fractured skull and bruised brain. Christopher Michael Stoner suffered from a broken hip and finger. But she was wearing a helmet say police. Stoner failed a field sobriety test and tested positive for alcohol, say police. He refused a chemical test and a warrant was obtained for blood tests. The results are pending.
