That's My Mexico
That’s my Mexico- not the violence or the drugs or the empty deprived houses, but the sprouting flourishing trees of my summer, and the tight-knitted houses and convenient stores on the corner of every block, and the cascadas (waterfalls) of San Luis plunged into the body of water overwhelming me with exhilaration. I am part of that, a little sacred with memories that last, a little satisfaction from growing up to a place that touches just like home.
In the style of F Scott Fitzgerald
