The War For Freedom
The war was on and things grew bad
Adolf was in charge
which made me turn sad.
He ordered the killing of 6 million Jews
he knew he did wrong so he killed himself too
But a story of a girl astonished me more
by the way she triedto survive
and the way she and her family died too.
She used to have,
She used to go out,
She used to ride bikes,
But that all changed soon.
She went into hiddingfor a year or two
in a place called the Secret Annex
Where she went from a girl to a teenager of only 16.
