Treated like a freak, an outcast. Are you sure you are okay with that? Well you should be. Because you are not going around pretending to be someone you're not. You may stand alone but you know who you are.. what you are. And trust me, that's the best thing you can do for yourself.
Walking in a crowd? Look around you. The people you see? They have the same story...more or less. Some have adjusted to being what society wants them to be, some act like the "cool" kid- a rebel without a reason and the few left... just wanna be seen. They are lost in the crowd with voices too low to be heard and a heart too afraid to speak up. Don't blame them.. all their courage have been invested in showing their true selves. Such a pity, isn't it? To be accepted we have to dress up like Vogue models, listen to the latest crap that for some forsaken reason is called music, get drunk, smoke and the list just goes on and on and on. But you know what? Dealing with these are hard but life's so much more colorful when you carry a yellow umbrella in a crowd that carries black. So pick up your guitar, pen or paint brush and do what you love. Be who you are. You don't have to please anyone but yourself. Look ahead and keep a positive mind. Just remember to follow your dreams and walk a path with less people.... leave a trail and rule away.
