Fake People
You walk in a room. Everyone is dressed the same. You go and sit down and everyone watches. You sit down and say hi. They throw on a smile say hi and walk away. Their true smiles come on and laugh when your smile goes upside down. There you are alone. You are stuck. There is no way out. You go home.
The next day you walk in the room. Everyone is dressed the same. You sit down and nobody watches. You don’t say hi. They laugh put a smile on and walk away saying they are weird. There you are alone. You are stuck. There is no way out. You go home.
You walk in again. People are still dressed the same. You sit down. They say hi. You put on a smile and say hi. You talk to them for a little. They get up and walk away. There you are alone. Stuck. There is no way out.
The next day, you walk in dressed like them. Sit down everybody watching. They all come up to you ask you how your day was. They talk to you. You aren’t stuck. You aren’t alone.
Take your choice.
